Simple and essential
The rooms are different from each other, hence the photos are for illustration purposes only.
All our rooms are well-kept but very simple and small.
They have ensuite bathroom and a 32” flat screen TV, the Ginepro and Stella Alpina rooms open with cards and have an elevator on the floor, while the Bucaneve rooms open with a traditional key and can be reached by climbing 10 steps.

Packages
Packages must be booked in advance directly through the Hotel Bellavista.
Rates are per person.
The services included in the individual packages cannot be changed or refunded if the guest does not use them.
Check-in / Check-out
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from approximately 2.00pm.
Before this time it is possible to leave luggage at reception.
Please advise in case of arrival after 7.00pm.
On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10.00am.
After this time, it is possible to leave luggage at reception.
Late check-out on request (subject to availability).
Reservation confirmation
The booking of the rooms is binding if accompanied by the payment of a deposit.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, postal order or credit card.
Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation of the booking up to 20 days before arrival, no cancellation will apply.
In case of cancellation of the booking from 19 to 7 days before arrival, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit paid.
In case of cancellation of the booking during the 6 days before arrival, no-show or early departure, we will request the full amount of the booking.
We recommend taking out travel insurance.
Travel cancellation expense insurance
To protect yourself if you are forced to postpone your arrival, to anticipate your departure or to cancel your booked stay entirely, for health reasons or other justified reasons, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Payment Terms
Cash payments up to €1,999.99, Bancomat, Visa and Euro/Mastercard are accepted.
Smoking policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the Hotel Bellavista. Smoking is permitted, however, in outdoor areas.
Pets
We are sorry but pets are not permitted. Thank-you for your understanding.
